What do you need to do to earn this performance incentive?

Attend all of your three scheduled in-clinic counseling sessions and come in for a check-in/weigh-in one other time during each of these three weeks.
Come in for two check-in/weigh-in sessions during your independent practice week (each four-week guided program has three weeks in which you are scheduled for a session with your clinician and one independent practice week where you are not scheduled to see your clinician).

Therefore, if we see you at least eight times during your four week module – twice a week each week - you will receive an automatic credit of $48.00 on your next four-week Clinifast guided program.
